Product liability

The product is at the heart at Loren Morgan and, therefore, it is also one of the main axes of the company's sustainability strategy. The commitment to incorporating more sustainable fibers and incorporating more responsible processes marks our roadmap.

Our sustainable fibers

At Loren Morgan we make the commitment that in 2030 we will use 100% of the most sustainable fibers. As an intermediate objective, we want all cotton used to be sustainable by 2025, all polyester to be recycled and 100% of cellulosic fibers to be of controlled origin.

New ideas for the future of fashion

Encourage the development of new ideas to generate a positive impact on the fashion industry value chain. This is the objective of Loren Morgan StartUp Studio, the business accelerator of Loren Morgan, one of the main groups in the sector in Europe.

With nearly four decades of experience and one of the most advanced and international technological and distribution ecosystems, Loren Morgan puts all its knowledge and experience in the fashion industry at the service of the entrepreneurial environment.

Sustainable cotton

100% of Loren Morgan garments with a main cotton composition will come from sustainably sourced sources. At Loren Morgan we rely on organic cotton, recycled cotton and Better Cotton (BC) cotton.

Recycled polyester

100% of the polyester used in our garments will be recycled. In this way, we reduce the pressure on non-renewable resources and contribute to a circular economy by reducing textile waste.

Cellulosic fibers

Circular design

Loren's circular design strategy aims to generate a product thinking about its end of life, either by generating products that are recyclable (taking into account their composition), betting on durability or using patterns that result in a lower volume of waste.

Give it back to the loop

Designing garments with a single type of fiber or fewer accessories to achieve greater recyclability.

No waste

Focused on maximizing the use of the materials used and the reincorporation of textile waste.

We’ve defined three strategies for circular design that will help us achieve our goal of having circular clothes: Give it back to the loop (designing garments with a simpler design, with a single type of fabric or with fewer accessories, in order to allow increased recyclability); Extended life (designing more durable garments with the use of selected materials with physical properties, reinforced garment construction and a timeless design), and No Waste (focused on optimising the materials used and the reincorporation of textile waste).

Recycling

we understand choosing the right fabric is the most important part of designing any garments, let alone design. We hand pick the fabric that can ensure your maximum comfort, so that you can always enjoy yourself either on the street, party, evening beach with your friends or with your family at evening party.

Planet

From the water that is consumed to the light that is used in the stores, every industry has an impact on the environment. Aware of the important role that the fashion sector plays, we carry out practices to reduce our footprint.

The fashion business, like all industrial sectors, generates an impact on the environment throughout the value chain. But due to its size and its global reach, organisations such as the UN consider that the players in this sector can become a driver of the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals. The areas of action are very diverse (water consumption, microplastic loss, greenhouse gas emissions...) and can be enforced both at the company’s own operations (such as headquarters, warehouses or stores) as well as at third parties’ operations (clothing factories, production of raw materials, etc.).
